JAMES, Chief Justice.

The action is upon a contract of agency with reference to the handling and marketing of appellee’s onion crop of 1905. Webster sued, alleging that after handling and disposing of the crop and advances made by him there was due him a balance of $1910.26 for which he asked judgment. Biehardson, among other things, pleaded a cross action asking for damages.
