We shall here affirm the action of a trial judge (Moore,. J.) who affirmed a denial by a District Council of a request for rezoning.
Appellant Cabin John Limited Partnership (Cabin John) is the owner of a parcel of land said to comprise, three-quarters of an acre located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Tuckerman Lane and Seven Locks. Road in Montgomery County in the Cabin John Planning Area. The master plan for Cabin John Watershed, was adopted in 1957.
