— Affirming.

At the regular election held in the County of Adair, November 4, 1913, the appellant, W. Tanner Ottley, and the appellee, G-. T. Herriford, were opposing candidates for the office of county judge of that county, the former being the nominee of the Democratic party and the latter the nominee of the Republican party. According to the tabulation made by the County Board of Election Commissioners of the votes cast in the county, as shown by the certified returns from the several voting precincts, they found that appellant received 1340 votes and the…
