Ronald Lurie filed a complaint in the District Court for the Eighteenth Judicial District in Gallatin County in which he alleged abuse of process against Robert J. Blackwell, individually and in his capacity as liquidating trustee of the Popkin & Stern Liquidating Trust. Blackwell removed the case to the United States District Court for the District of Montana, but that court dismissed the complaint and remanded it to the Montana District Court in Gallatin County.
