Defendants Dr. Larry Nord and Central Illinois Orthopedic Surgery, S.C. (medical defendants), appeal from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, Dawn Auten, resulting from injuries plaintiff received from an automobile accident with defendant Christine Franklin and the medical treatment given by the medical defendants. Plaintiffs injuries included a right forearm fracture and a dislocated right index finger.
