In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful termination of membership in a labor union, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hentel, J.), entered November 17, 1989, as denied, after a hearing, their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, granted the plaintiffs motion to dismiss the affirmative defenses set forth in the defendants’ answer, and granted the plaintiffs motion to strike the defendants’ interrogatories.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
