— This is an action to recover damages, for a breach of covenant in , a certain ten-year lease on certain property in .Kansas City, Missouri, and to set aside a deed made by defendant Mary M. Iuchs to defendant A. Siegel, and that the money relief sought and the -said ten-year lease be declared a special lien against the real estate. There is no dispute as to the material facts in the.case.
