On a dark night, Jeff Nusser decided to jaywalk across Main Street. Before he reached the other side, Robby Heironimus struck him with the right brake pedal of his motorcycle. Heironimus left the scene but turned himself into the police the next day when he realized that he hit Nusser. The State charged him with five offenses stemming from this incident, and a jury convicted him of all charges. Heironimus raises several issues on appeal.
