Seven corporations1 located in Western Pennsylvania, and in that general area and *1509the surrounding states engaged in roofing work, brought this lawsuit against United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers’ Association, Local No. 37, AFL-CIO, Mak-Lyn, Inc., and Greenlands, Inc.2
