Howard L. Nutting (“Appellant”) brought actions for ejectment and quiet title against Larry L. Reis (“Respondent”) regarding a 150-foot-by-150-foot tract of land (“the disputed tract”) in McDonald County. Respondent countered on a claim that he held title to the disputed tract through adverse possession. Following a bench trial, the trial court found in favor of Respondent on his claim for adverse possession.
