This is a suit instituted by appellees to recover from appellant the sum of $1,060, based on a policy of - insurance in that sum, on the life of Barbara Lozano, who died on January 25, 1920, her niece, Barbara Stevens’; a daughter of appellees, being the beneficiary. ‘ It was alleged that Barbara Stevens died on January 20, 1921, leaving appellees as her only heirs. They claim through her. Judgment was rendered in favor of appellees for the amount sought to be recovered.
