By chapter 927, p. 742, of the Laws of 1895, tlie state of New York enacted laws for the naturalization of aliens in the courts of that state in conformity to the rule of naturalization established by Congress, and also added provisions to those contained in the Revised Statutes of the United States, tit. 30 [U. S. Comp.
