The question here is whether a Georgia resident who is an employee of a Florida newspaper has the right to require a public hospital to make its business telephone records available for inspection. The appellant, Robert Atchison, attempted to secure such right by filing a petition for a writ of mandamus against the appellees, the Hospital Authority of the City of St. Marys and the Gilman Hospital.
