Appellant, Parchman & Oyler Company, brought this action in the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County to recover a real estate commission. The facts as found by the trial court are:
“1. The plaintiff is an Ohio corporation duly licensed to sell real estate in the state of Ohio. Robert Gruber is a licensed salesman for Parchman & Oyler and an employee of Parchman & Oyler; 2.
