KATZ, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiffs Verizon Communications, Inc. and Verizon Services, Inc. (together ‘Verizon”) seek enforcement of a twelve month non-competition restrictive covenant against them former employee, Defendant Christopher Pizzirani. On October 16, Defendant resigned from his position as Verizon’s Vice President — Product Line Management for Broadband to accept a position with Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. (“Comcast”).
