This case is now before the Court on a Motion filed on April 30, 1985 by TIE Communications Corp. (“TIE”) to Amend or Vacate the Order entered on February 7, 1985 by Bankruptcy Judge Norton. 1 A response to the motion was filed on May 13, 1985 by the debtor in possession, F/S Communications Corp. (“F/S”).

FINDINGS OF FACT
