Under consideration by the Court is the complaint filed by Jill R. Brundege (“Plaintiff’) on a pro se basis on September 13, 2005. The Court interpreted the complaint as seeking relief pursuant to § 523(a)(5), § 523(a)(15) and § 727(a)(2) and (4) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101-1330 (“Code”).
