This interlocutory appeal involves a subrogation action that arose from a property insurance claim made by Southwest Dubois County School Corporation (“Southwest”) with its insurer, Hanover Insurance Company (“Hanover”), in connection with damage which occurred during a multi-phase construction and renovation project to a high school that Southwest owns and operates.
