In the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Robert D. Johnston brought an action claiming minimum wages and overtime under the wage and hour provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S. C.A. § 201 et seq., against two incorporated cooperative associations, Cotton Producers Association, here referred to as the Association, and The Farmers Mutual Exchange of Calhoun, Inc., here called the Exchange.
