Mabel King appeals from a decision of the District Court, granting judgment for the appellees and dismissing her claims of sex discrimination arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Specifically, Ms. King contends that she was unlawfully denied a promotion to supervisory forensic/clinical nurse at the District of Columbia Jail.
