¶ 1. The dispositive issue on this appeal is whether a plaintiff may recover damages for the costs of mental health treatment on a claim for intentional interference with a prospective contract, when no other compensatory damages are awarded on that claim. Frank Musa appeals the trial court's order setting aside a jury's award of compensatory and punitive damages on his claim that James Buelow intentionally and without justification interfered with a prospective contract between Musa and Tzelal Aliu.
