This action was brought by Mary F. Stickel and John Culler, to perpetually enjoin the defendants, the road overseer, the township trustee, and the board of county commissioners, from removing the plaintiffs’ fence, and opening what the defendants claim to be a public highway across the plaintiffs’ land.
