—In an action to recover damages for medical and dental malpractice, the defendant Dr. Leslie Cheifetz appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Facelle, J.), entered December 4, 1989, which denied his motion for summary judgment dismissing the cross claim of Yonkers General Hospital insofar as asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
