This appeal is part of an on-going difference between Joyce D. Parker and William B. Dunaway over the remains of their father’s once unique and highly successful pharmaceutical business, Dunaway Drug Stores, Inc. (“the corporation”). The litigation began when Joyce D. Parker, as trustee of trusts for the benefit of her children and as guardian of William Sidney Parker, A. Sidney Parker, Joyce L. Parker and Day M.
