This was an action on the case, brought by Margaret EFeehan, administratrix of the estate of Edward Feehan, deceased, against the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Bailroad Company, to recover damages for the death of the plaintiff’s intestate, caused, as is alleged, by the negligence of the defendant. The deceased was killed August 24, 1891, by one of the defendant’s passenger trains, at a crossing of the defendant’s railroad over one of the public streets of the village of Kinsman, in Grundy county.
