MlKELL, Judge.

Hal Rickey Andrews was found guilty by a jury of interference with government property 1 (Count 1), felony obstruction of an officer 2 (Count 2), and escape 3 (Count 3). After a pre-sentencing hearing pursuant to OCGA § 17-10-2, he was sentenced to five years to serve on Count 1; five years on Count 2, to serve consecutively to Count 1; and twelve months on Count 3, to serve concurrent with the sentence imposed under Count 1.
