DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after an Evidentiary Hearing on the Debtors’ Objection to the Proof of Claim filed by the Creditors, David and Kathleen Spald-ing (Claim No. 16). The central matter placed before the Court at the Hearing concerned whether anticipated costs to be incurred by the Creditors to re-let their property are allowable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(b)(6).
