ORDER SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW FOLLOWING NON-JURY TRIAL
MARTINEZ, District Judge.
Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq, and seek only injunctive relief. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. The Court conducted a non-jury trial in this action on March 2, 2004, and March 3, 2004.
