OPINION
WATSON, Justice.
On July 14, 1967, Local No. 1563 of the International Association of Machinists and Aero Space Workers, AFI^CIO, struck the workings of the employer, Kennecott Copper Corporation, Chino Mines Division, at Hurley and Santa Rita, Grant County, New Mexico. Members of this Union established picket lines and posted signs advising of the strike.
