MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROBERT M. DOW, JR., District Judge.
Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion for reconsideration [141] of the Court’s August 16, 2010, 735 F.Supp.2d 939 (N.D.I11.2010), Order [118] in light of the Seventh Circuit’s decision in Howell v. Motorola, Inc., 633 F.3d 552 (7th Cir.2011). For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion [141] is granted.
