Appellees sued appellants to recover money deposited by Brazoria county with appellant Farmers’ State Bank as a depository of the county, and upon a depository bond given as security by the latter and its sureties of date February 14, 1921, also seeking interest and the foreclosure of a lien in attachment upon certain land seized.
