HOGAN, Judge.

In this declaratory judgment action, plaintiff, individually and as next friend for her female child, L-, seeks an adjudication that defendant is L-’s father, and an order for L-’s support. The trial court has sustained defendant’s motion for summary judgment, and the plaintiff has appealed.

Plaintiff is- married, and she is the mother of two children conceived of that marriage. L-- is a female child about two years old. We are not advised by the record whether defendant is married or not, but in any case he is not married to the plaintiff. The substance of plaintiff’s petition is…
