The plaintiff appeals from orders entered in the Divorce Division of the Circuit Court modifying prior orders pertaining to the visitation rights of the defendant and payments for the support of his two minor children.
The defendant has not filed a brief in this court although he was granted extensions of time totaling more than four months in which to do so. When an appeal is perfected and the appellee does not file an answering brief, a reviewing court may reverse the judgment, decree or order without consideration of the merits of the appeal.
