STAHL, Circuit Judge.
In this appeal, defendant-appellant Michael Fisher challenges his convictions for attempting and conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. 1 After careful consideration of defendant’s arguments, we affirm.

BACKGROUND
In mid-1989, the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”), initiated a “reverse sting” in which it planned to sell narcotics to Ai Osseiran, a known narcotics trafficker.
