DOYLE, Chief Judge.

Richard Caffee was charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana 1 and driving with an expired tag 2 after a police officer found a small baggie of marijuana in his shirt pocket during a traffic stop. The trial court denied Caffee’s motion to suppress but granted a certificate of immediate review, and we granted interlocutory review. We affirm for the reasons that follow.
