JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL

WILLIAM H. BECKER, Chief Judge.

This is an action under the Federal Civil Rights Act, Section 1983, Title 42, United States Code, and Section 1343, Title 28, United States Code, in which plaintiffs allege that they have been denied due process of law by the defendant state officers in being required by them to wait excessive amounts of time before being informed by defendants of their eligibility for welfare benefits.
