I write separately because I am not convinced that fair-minded persons with the same facts before them could have reached the same conclusions as the Commission. Appellee sustained a compensable injury to- her back on January 13, 2000; subsequently, appellee sought additional medical treatment for a neck injury that she claims occurred at the same time as her back injury.
