ROVNER, Circuit Judge.

On June 23, 2015, Alan Cisneros pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The facts as developed at the plea hearing and during sentencing reveal that Cisneros was a high-ranking member of the Latin Kings and was involved in a large-scale drug trafficking operation in Summit, Illinois. In the 10-month period between approximately August 2011 and May 2012, Cisne-ros admits that he was responsible for the purchase or sale of between 3.5 and 5 kilograms of cocaine, but he disputes the government’s…
