Defendant, Dale Hine, was charged by information with one count of deviate sexual assault in violation of section II—3 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 11—3) and two counts of indecent liberties with a child in violation of sections 11—4(a)(2) and 11—4(a)(3) of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev.
