C. G. Stitzinger & Co., creditors of the bankrupt, have proved a claim, of $4,453.24 for lumber sold and delivered, represented at present by notes taken in payment therefor. It is charged that preferences have been given them, amounting to some $3,800, which they retain and refuse to surrender; and a motion is thereupon made to expunge the claim.
