In this adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff/Debtor seeks a determination that the Defendant TMG Life Insurance Co. (TMG) claimed usurious interest on its loan after default. TMG, by answer, denied the material allegations of the Complaint, and issue having been joined, trial was held on September 23, 1992, with James A. Patten and Gary S. Deschenes representing the Plaintiff and Tracey R. Lindberg and John C. Thomas representing TMG.
