CALL, District Judge.

This matter comes before me upon the report of the special master heretofore appointed herein, asking for instructions as to whether: (1)- Documentary revenue stamps should be attached to the master’s deed made pursuant to decree of this court; and (2) if such stamps should be attached, then what amount?
