THIS IS a Chapter 7 case and the matter before the court is the objection by the Debt- or, Helen Costello (Debtor), to two claims filed by Victor Levine (Levine). The first claim was timely filed on May 20,1993, and is based on a deficiency claim remaining after the mortgages encumbering two of the three properties were foreclosed and ultimately purchased by Levine at the foreclosure sale.
