James C. Wert (Licensee) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) that sustained a one-year suspension of his driver’s license by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDOT). Licensee was convicted for driving while intoxicated in the State of New Jersey, and under the Driver’s License Compact, 1 PennDOT suspended Licensee’s privilege to operate a vehicle in Pennsylvania.
