INTRODUCTION

In this dispute over an Internet domain name, plaintiffs Gerard Angé, G.A.P. International, Inc. (“Gap California”) and World Indigenous Network Corp. move to remand this matter on grounds that this Court lacks removal jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b). Plaintiffs also move for attorney’s fees under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
