During March 1981, Larry Lester Shuck engaged in consensual sexual intercourse with two 14-year- old girls, R. B. and L. M., on several occasions, and also took photographs of them engaged in explicit sexual conduct. Shuck paid the girls for posing for the pictures, which he told them would be sold outside of Washington.
