OPINION

MESSITTE, District Judge.

George W. Gantt, an inmate in the Maryland Division of Correction, is plaintiff in each of the captioned cases. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, the Court has determined to dismiss all of these cases with prejudice.

For the past five years since Gantt has been an inmate of the Division of Correction he has filed over forty civil rights complaints, suing virtually everyone he has had contact with: police officers, prison guards, wardens, doctors and other prison health care attendants, librarians, food service personnel, even court personnel.
