This action ivas instituted to test the extent of the plaintiff’s right to compensation under the workmen’s compensation law. He was injured on December 26, 1919, while in the employ of the Nebraska Material Company. The defendant, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, carried the insurance covering the risk.
