In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract and to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, the defendants Jeffrey M. Rosenblum and Meryl A. Rosenblum appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Cozzens, Jr., J.), entered April 13, 2012, as denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) and Lien Law § 11, in effect, to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion of the defendants Jeffrey M. Rosenblum…
