— In an action for divorce, defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 6, 1976, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, (1) granted plaintiff-respondent a divorce and (2) awarded plaintiff $50 per week as alimony, $25 per week as child support and reimbursement of counsel fees in the amount of $1,500. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Defendant-appellant contends that plaintiff did not prove her cause of action for divorce.
